Industrial Development Revenue Bonds, or IDRBs,

non-taxable issues, IDRBs may be used to finance

Port Revolving Loan
Fund
A member of the Oregon state port system, the
Port of Morrow provides access to the state-wide
Port Revolving Loan Fund for smaller (under $1
million) and shorter-term funds. With competitive
interest rates, terms and equity requirements,
the Fund offers an option for any company with
