Farm 3 & 4 Winter Storage Lagoons bids must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM, local time, on May 30, 2024. At that time, they will be publicly opened. Bids will not be accepted after this hour and date. Port of Morrow is seeking a general Contractor for this project.
The work to be performed under these contract documents consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the construction of Farm 3 and Farm 4 Winter Storage Lagoons as described in the construction drawings and specifications. This work shall include but not be limited to all demolition, earthwork, civil, mechanical, structural, landscaping, and electrical work as shown in the drawings.
A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 beginning at 1:00 PM at the Port of Morrow Riverfront Center, 2 E Marine Drive, Boardman, OR 97818. The meeting will include a visit to the project site where the proposed treatment facility will be constructed.
This project is anticipated to be funded by the United States Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA).
Materials must meet "American Iron and Steel" AIS requirements.
Port of Morrow reserves the right to award or reject for good cause, any or all bids, or to postpone the award of the contract upon finding that it is in the public interest to do so. each bid must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279a.120. The bidder is subject to all requirements regarding the payment of Prevailing Wage Rates per Public Works Project ORS 279c.800 to 279C.850.
