The Port of Morrow is requesting proposals for 12 Month contract for Operations of our (2) New Ultrafiltration Plants. Proposals submitted for RFP #11192026 – Surface Water Treatment Facility Operation must be submitted no later than 2:00 pm, local time, on November 19, 2026. At that time, they will be publicly opened. Proposals will not be accepted after this hour and date.
Port of Morrow reserves the right to award or reject for good cause, any or all proposals, or to postpone the award of the contract upon finding that it is in the public interest to do so. Each proposal must contain a statement as to whether the proposer is a resident proposer, as defined in ORS 279a.120.
